Our Governing Documents
Kodokan Judo Association (SA) is an incorporated not-for-profit association, run by a board elected by its member clubs. The documents below record how the association is governed: the meetings it holds, the decisions it makes, and the rules it operates under.
We publish them openly rather than on request. Members, member clubs, prospective families and grant assessors should all be able to see how the association governs itself without having to ask.
Meeting Notices and Agendas
Notices and agendas for upcoming general meetings, published ahead of the meeting so members can come prepared.
Committee of Management Minutes
Minutes of the Committee of Management, the board that runs the association between general meetings.

Requesting a Document
If you are after a document that isn't published here — an older set of minutes, or a policy still in draft — write to the Secretary and we'll see what we can do.
